Bridgeland: 2024: Master Planned Community of the Year

In March 2024, Bridgeland, an 11,500-acre master-planned community in Cypress, Texas, was honored as the "Master Planned Community of the Year" by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) during The Nationals awards gala in Las Vegas. This prestigious accolade underscores Bridgeland's commitment to providing an exceptional quality of life, abundant amenities, and a harmonious blend with nature.

Developed by Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., Bridgeland has experienced remarkable growth since its inception in 2006. As of 2024, the community is home to approximately 22,000 residents and is projected to reach nearly 70,000 upon full buildout. In addition to the NAHB recognition, Bridgeland achieved a record-breaking 985 new home sales in 2023, ranking it as the #2 top-selling master-planned community in Texas and #5 nationally, according to real estate consultant RCLCO. The community also received the Gold Award for Best Landscape of a Community from NAHB, highlighting its dedication to environmental stewardship and aesthetic excellence.

Bridgeland's recent developments include the groundbreaking of the Village Green at Bridgeland Central, a 70-acre mixed-use project within the community's 925-acre urban district.
